Silpakorn University hosted a major press conference to conclude 2025 with the launch of "Im Jai Chinese Table: Integrating Holistic Healthy Food Innovation through Design and Cultural Business toward Nakhon Pathom's Soft Power." The event took place on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Activity Area, G Floor, Central Nakhon Pathom.
The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Arocha Nuntamontree, Governor of Nakhon Pathom, who delivered the opening remarks. Professor Dr. Thanasait Ngawhirunpat, Rector of Silpakorn University, addressed the project's core mission: leveraging the university's academic expertise to develop Chinese banquet operators—a signature cultural identity of Nakhon Pathom.

1. Directions for Research Support: Presented by Associate Professor Dr. Prasopchai Pasunon, Vice President for Research and Enterprise.
2. Launch of the Food Research and Innovation Team: Presented by Associate Professor Dr. Busarakorn Mahayothee, Director of the Silpakorn University Food Innovation Hub (SU-FIH).
