The Faculty of Pharmacy at Silpakorn University was established on June 5, 1985.
It is Thailand's 6th faculty of pharmacy, located at the Sanam Chandra Palace Campus in Nakhon Pathom. Associate Professor Dr. Prachote Plengvidhaya, a pharmacist, served as the founding Dean who pioneered the establishment of the faculty.

The faculty aims to address the demand for workforce development in pharmacy and health sciences, while fostering proactive pharmaceutical services. It offers undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, with a focus on research, academic services, and international collaboration. By integrating education, research, innovation, and community engagement through national and international networks, the faculty produces high-caliber health professionals. It operates several key centers, including the 'Prachote Plengvidhaya' Pharmaceutical Wisdom Center, the Silpakorn Health Learning Center, and the Health Service Center, dedicated to enhancing public healthcare and supporting the national health system.
