Higher education in Thailand has continuously expanded, with institutions striving to enhance their capacity to produce high-quality graduates who are competitive both nationally and internationally. This international competition necessitates that academic curricula achieve international accreditation through academic networking and curriculum development recognized by global educational institutions and organizations. Consequently, the Silpakorn University Council resolved to establish the "International College" in 2003 as an autonomous unit under the university's supervision to manage international programs. It aims to meet higher education demands focused on quality, efficiency, and the production of globally competent graduates while serving as a center for academic exchange with international higher education institutions.

Initially, the International College began teaching at the Phetchaburi Information Technology Campus in the 2003 academic year. It later expanded its facilities to the Office of the President in Taling Chan in the 2005 academic year and rented additional nearby space to accommodate curriculum growth. Subsequently, in the 2018 academic year, the International College rented further space at the CAT Telecom Building (Bang Rak) to enhance teaching efficiency, leveraging its location in a business district to provide students with real-world learning experiences through study visits and professional training in actual business establishments.

From the 2026 academic year onwards, the International College will relocate its teaching and learning facilities to Silpakorn University, Muang Thong Thani Campus, to support the expansion of educational areas. The buildings and facilities at the Muang Thong Thani Campus are designed with modernity, fully supporting classrooms, laboratories, and student activity areas. It can also accommodate a continuously increasing number of programs and students at both undergraduate and graduate levels. This relocation will facilitate the elevation of academic quality and educational services in alignment with international standards, serving as a vital step in driving the International College toward becoming a leading international academic institution in the future.

B.B.A. in Business and Technology
Focuses on developing students' integrated knowledge, understanding, and skills in both business and technology to enhance analytical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to propose innovative and creative solutions for the evolving digital business landscape and modern industry. The curriculum is managed in collaboration with the Paris School of Technology & Business (PST&B), France, offering students the opportunity to study at PST&B for one semester to enrich their international learning experience and develop professional skills in a global digital business context.

M.A. in Cultural Heritage Conservation and Management
A joint program with the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Austria, focusing on integrating both theoretical and practical knowledge in the conservation and management of cultural heritage. It blends academic study with field experience to prepare graduates for careers in international cultural heritage institutions, museums, and global cultural organizations.

M.B.A. in Digital Marketing and Analytics
A joint degree program with the Paris School of Technology & Business (PST&B), France (1.5-year program), focusing on in-depth skills in business strategy, innovation, and data analytics. It covers topics like AI, UX/UI Design, and e-commerce marketing to prepare digital-age leaders capable of making decisions based on data and international ethics.
